What happens if two or more teams finish on the same group stage points?
If teams finish with the same number of points, their position in the table is determined by Goal Difference (GD), then the number of Goals Scored (GS). If the teams still cannot be separated, then it will be Head-to-Head points between the teams. Still level then a penalty shootout will take place.
